This product was purified from antiserum by ion exchange purified.

Specificity
It reacts with heavy chains (μ chains) on human IgM. And Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal human serum.

Dilution It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).
