Purification
This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.

Specificity
It can specially recognize the heavy chains on human IgA and the light chains on all human immunoglobulins. And Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal human serum.

Dilution It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).

Store at -20°C for long term. And the slight precipitation may occur if store at 2-8°C.
