Introduction
WB Developing and Fixing Kit is a processing kit, which can be used for Western, Northern and Southern Blotting after squashed. This kit is especially suitable for X-ray developing and fixing, as well as normal black & white negative film or photograph. This kit can be used solely without any other assistant reagent.

Protocol
1. Developing: Immerse X-ray film in the Developing Solution for 10 seconds to 10 minutes. End user can grasp the time by observing under red light, stop developing once it achieves the experimental purpose.
2. Wash: Wash film with clean water to remove Developing Solution completely.
3. Fixing: Immerse the film in the Fixing Solution for 3-5 min. No data indicate that long fixing time affects the efficiency of film processing.
4. Wash: Wash film with clean water to remove various solutions thoroughly
