Introduction
Use for the vitro quantitative determination of Zn ions in serum, plasma, or urine.
Principle
Zn ions in samples reacted with 5-Br-PAPS in reagent at RT, forming colored complex. The degree of color is in proportion to the concentration of Zn ions in the range of 400µg/dl.
