Description
This kit uses a new type of silica matrix membrane spin column and a special buffer system, which can easily and efficiently recover short DNA fragments of 20bp-500bp from polyacrylamide gels, and the recovery efficiency can be as high as 85%. Impurities can be removed to the maximum extent, and high-purity DNA can be obtained. The obtained DNA can be directly used for subsequent molecular biology experiments such as enzyme digestion, ligation, and sequencing.
