Application:

Genetic testing: Semi-quantitative PCR experiments and Trace DNA testing.

High-fidelity DNA amplification: Gene expression cloning, site-directed mutation, single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) analysis and end repairing.

Description: 2×Pfu PCR MasterMix contains premixed 2×concentrated solution of Pfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs , MgCl₂, reaction buffer. When using, take some 2×Pfu PCR MasterMix solution, add template and primers, and add deionized water to make up the volume so that the concentration of MasterMix solution is 1×, and then it can be reacted. Please ensure that it is fully dissolved and mixed before use. The procedure needs to be operated on ice.

Content: Pfu DNA Polymerase (recombinant): 0.05 units/µl; MgCl₂: 4mM; dNTPs(dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP): 0.4mM.

Quality Control: No activity of exogenous nuclease is detected; Detection of host-free residual DNA by PCR method; Single-copy gene in human genome could be amplified effectively; No significant activity change when stored at room temperature for one week.

Example of reaction:

1. Use genomic DNA as template to amplify 1kb fragment, the reaction system is 25µl. (If the reaction system is different, increase or decrease according to this ratio).
