Description: 2×Long Taq PCR Master Mix contains LongTaq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl2, reaction buffer, and the concentration is 2×. When using, take an appropriate amount of 2×Long Taq PCR Master Mix solution, add template and primers, and add deionized water to make up the volume, so that the MasterMix solution concentration is 1× and then it can be reacted. Please ensure that it is fully dissolved and mixed before use. The procedure needs to be operated on ice.
