Description: LA (Long and Accurate) PCR technology by changing the DNA polymerase for PCR, Buffer for PCR, PCR amplification conditions, etc., the amplification of long-chain DNA becomes possible. The Long Taq used in this kit is a mixed enzyme of Taq polymerase and polymerase with correction function. This mixed enzyme can efficiently perform PCR reactions with DNA from chromosomes and other organelles as templates.
