Application:

Genetic testing: Semi-quantitative PCR experiments and the detection of trace DNA.

Description: 2×HotMaster Taq PCR MasterMix contains Hot Master Taq DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, and reaction buffer at a concentration of 2×. When using, take an appropriate amount of 2×HotMaster Taq PCR MasterMix solution, add template and primers, and add deionized water to make up the volume so that the concentration of MasterMix solution is 1× and then it can be reacted. Please ensure that it is fully dissolved and mixed before use.

Examples of reactions:

(Note: The following examples are for reference only. Set the optimal reaction conditions according to the actual situation.)

1. Use 2×Taq PCR MasterMix product, use human genomic DNA as template to amplify 1kb fragments, the reaction system is 25μl (if the reaction system is different, the amount can be increased or decreased according to this ratio).
