Description:

5×TRUE RT MasterMix II contains all the reagents (TRUEscript HˉRTase, RNase Inhibitor, Random primers, Oligo dT Primer, dNTP Mixture, Buffer) required for the first-strand reverse transcription. Usually Real Time RT-PCR and other experiments need to use DNase I to digest and remove the remaining genomic DNA (gDNA) in the RNA, but the traditional DNase I process is complicated and easily causes RNA degradation and loss.
