Description:

This kit is one-tube reverse transcription premix, 5×THERMO RT MasterMix II contains all the reagents required for the first-strand reverse transcription (THERMOscript Hˉ RTase, RNase Inhibitor, Random Primer, Oligo dT Primer, dNTP Mixture, Buffer). The special 4×gDNA Eraser Mix with DNA decomposition activity is used in this kit, which eliminates gDNA residues in 2 minutes, without DNase digestion and subsequent cumbersome steps.

Kit Components

* The components of 5×No RTase Control Mix and 5×THERMO RT MasterMix II are exactly the same, but they do not contain  THERMOscript Hˉ RTase reverse transcriptase, which can be used as a negative control for reverse transcription.
