Description:
This product adopts the Poly(A) tailing method, uses miRNA as the template, and uses a special optimized pre-mixed miRNA RT Enzyme mix (including Poly(A) tailing enzyme and reverse transcriptase) to tail and reverse Poly(A) Record one-step method to efficiently complete cDNA synthesis; miRNA detection uses 2x miRNA qPCR Mix. It is suitable for samples containing miRNA such as Total RNA or small RNA.
