This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography. 

Purity >95% by SDS-PAGE

Specificity

It can specially recognize the heavy chains on human IgG and the light chains on all human immunoglobulins. And immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal human serum.

Recommend Application

Western Blot (1:1000-5000)

Immunoprecipitation, IP (1:1,000-5,000)

ELISA (1:1000-5000)

Other applications have not been tested.

The optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Storage Buffer

In 10 mM Sodium phosphate, 150 mM Sodium chloride, pH 7.4 with 30% glycerol without preservatives.
