It reacts with the whole molecule mouse IgG and may cross react with immunoglobulins from other species.

iFluor 488 Introduction

iFluor 488 (IF488) has fluorescence excitation and emission maximum close to 488 nm and 520 nm. These spectral characteristics make it excellent alternatives to Alex Fluor 488 and FITC labeling dyes.

Recommend Application

Flow Cytometry (The amount of the reagent is suggested  to be used ≦1 μg/10⁶ cells.)

Immunofluorescent (1:100-250)

Other applications have not been tested.

The optimal dilutions should be determined by end user.

Storage Buffer

In PBS (pH 7.2) with 0.09% NaN₃ and 0.2% BSA.

Storage Instruction 

Ship at 4°C, after receipt, store at 4°C in dark for one year.

Avoid repeated freeze and thaw cycles.
