This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.

Specificity

It can specifically recognize the heavy chains on human IgG and the light chains on all human immunoglobulins. And Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal human serum.

Dilution It is concentrated product, can be diluted with TBST (pH 7.0).
