Protocol

1. Equimolar mixture of dNTP, dGTP, dCTP, dTTP;

2. For PCR reaction, it can be used directly without dilution;

3. The standard amount for PCR reaction is 1 μl per 50 μl reaction solution (final concentration 200μM).
