Description: The AL2000 DNA Marker contains 6 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 100bp to 2kb. This marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments. All bands (except 750bp) are supplied at approximately 40-50 ng/5μl. The 750bp are 100ng/5μl as a reference band. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.Protocol: The final concentration of PCR Enhancer in the PCR reaction system is 2%-8%, and the usual concentration is 4%-6%. Users can adjust the final concentration.
