Description: The DNA Marker Ⅰ contains 7 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 100bp to  700bp. This marker is suitable for sizing linear

double-stranded DNA fragments. All bands (except 500bp) are supplied at approximately 40-50 ng/5μl. The 500bp are 100 ng/5μl as a reference band. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.

Concentration: Reference Band 100 ng/5 μl; Other Bands 40-50 ng/5 μl

Recommended Loading: 3-5 μl/Lane

Recommended Electrophoresis Condition: 5 μl/Lane, 1.5-2.5%Agarose Gel, 4-10V/cm
