Description: The ladder consists of nine double-stranded DNA bands that are suitable as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. The product is ready-to-use; it is premixed with 1× Loading Buffer for direct loading 2-5μl on agarose gel electrophoresis. The ladder is composed of nine individual DNA fragments (in base pairs): 50bp, 100bp, 150bp, 200bp, 250bp, 300bp, 400bp, 500bp and 600bp. All bands (except 250bp) are supplied at approximately 50 ng/5μl. The 250bp are 100 ng/5μl as a reference band.

Concentration: Reference Band 100 ng/5 μl; Other Bands 50 ng/5 μl

Recommended Loading: 3-6 μl/Lane

Recommended Electrophoresis Condition: 5 μl/Lane, 2%Agarose Gel, 4-10V/cm, 35-40 min, Gel length 5-7cm

Protocol

1. Take 3-6μl of this product and add it to the sample well of the agarose gel (add 1μl per 1mm×1mm sample well, if the sample well is wider than 5mm, increase the sample amount appropriately) for electrophoresis.

2. Observe the bands under UV light after staining with EB.
