This product was purified from antiserum by immunoaffinity chromatography.

Specificity

It can specifically recognize the heavy chains on rabbit IgG and the light chains on all rabbit immunoglobulins. And Immunoelectrophoresis shows bands only in the gamma region against normal rabbit serum.
