Description: The 100bp Plus DNA Ladder contains 14 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 100bp to 5kb (100, 200, 300,400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1500, 2000, 3000, 5000bp). This marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments. All bands (except 500bp) are supplied at approximately 40-50 ng/5μl. The 500bp are 100ng/5μl as a reference band. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.

Concentration: Reference Band 100 ng/5 μl; Other Bands 40-50 ng/5 μl

Recommended Loading: 3-5 μl/Lane

Recommended Electrophoresis Condition: 5 μl/Lane, 0.6-1% Agarose Gel, 5 V/cm.
