Description: The 1 kb DNA Ladder contains 8 discrete DNA fragments ranging in size from 1kb bp to 10kb. This marker is suitable for sizing linear double-stranded DNA fragments. All bands (except 4kb) are supplied at approximately 40-50 ng/5μl. The 4kb are 100ng/5μl as a reference band. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.

Concentration: Reference Band 100 ng/5 μl; Other Bands 40-50 ng/5 μl

Recommended Loading: 3-5 μl/Lane

Recommended Electrophoresis Condition: 5 μl/Lane, 0.6-1% Agarose Gel, 4-10 V/cm.
