Description: This product uses Directional Topoisomerase Cloning. The target gene to be expressed (blunt-end fragment amplified by high-fidelity enzyme) can be cloned into entry vector in one step within 5 minutes, and the obtained entry clone can be reacted with various Gateway destination vectors through LR recombination to generate expression clone expression clone. It is convenient for the target gene to switch expression in the prokaryotic/mammalian cell/yeast/insect expression system.

Sequencing: M13F/M13R universal primers can be used for sequencing. (refer to attachment)
