Description:
The Zero Background pTOPO-Blunt Simple Cloning Kit utilizes the principle of Topoisomerase to connect DNA fragments in an instant (a few seconds to a few minutes) ，it efficiently connect any PCR product (compatible with A-end/blunt-end). This kit does not contain polyclonal restriction sites on both sides of the cloning insertion site. It is necessary to introduce appropriate restriction sites on the PCR amplification primers.
Note: Sequencing can be sequenced with M13F/M13R universal primers (see map at end)
