Description:
The Zero Background pTOPO-TA/Blunt Cloning Kit utilizes the principle of Topoisomerase to connect DNA fragments in an instant (a few seconds to a few minutes) ，it efficiently connect any PCR product (compatible with A-end/blunt-end).
Note: Only M13F/M13R universal primers can be used for sequencing (see the following map), but M13(-47)/M13(-48) universal primers cannot be
used for sequencing. Colony PCR can use the same primers as sequencing.
