Description:

The Zero Background pTOPO-TA/Blunt Simple Cloning Kit utilizes the principle of Topoisomerase to connect DNA fragments in an instant (a few seconds to a few minutes) ，it efficiently connect any PCR product (compatible with A-end/blunt-end). This kit does not contain polyclonal restriction sites (Simple) on both sides of the cloning insertion site. Appropriate restriction sites can be introduced on the PCR amplification primers when needed.

Note: Only M13F/M13R universal primers can be used for sequencing (see the following map), but M13(-47)/M13(-48) universal primers cannot be used for sequencing. Colony PCR can use the same primers as sequencing.
