Description

The one-step seamless cloning kit does not depend on T4 ligase, and is not restricted by the restriction sites of the vector and the target fragment, but directly uses the method of overlapping fragment recombination. Using a special enzyme combination, any method can be used to linearize the vector. By directional recombination ligation with PCR fragments with overlapping regions of 16-25bp at both ends, the blunt-ended PCR product fragments can be efficiently directional and seamlessly cloned to any site of the vector within 30 minutes.
