Description
This kit is dedicated for extraction of ultra-micro RNA. It is suitable for extracting total RNA from ultra-micro amounts of cells, tissues, insects, plants, bacteria and other samples. The processing range is generally cells (1-106) or tissues (< 5mg). Equipped with DNase on-column digestion reagents, the RNA obtained has no DNA residues and can be directly used in downstream fluorescence quantitative PCR or high-throughput sequencing tests.
