Description
This kit does not rely on T4 ligase, and is not restricted by the restriction sites of the vector and the target fragment, but directly uses the method of overlapping fragment recombination. Using a special combination of enzymes, the vector linearized by any method can be linearized with its two ends. The directional recombination of PCR fragments (blunt ends) with overlapping regions of 15-25bp can quickly achieve efficient and seamless cloning of 1-5 fragments.
